After talking to the people at Judy’s apartment and sparring with Tom, choose “You can count on me.” –> this leads to the next side quest.

Then skip time by 24 hours and you will get a call from Judy. A few days after the previous quest you will get another text message from Judy that will trigger this quest.Then choose “Yeah, I’ll help” to start the quest. If you decline by accident you can still call her back to start the quest later (but it’s recommended to accept it right away as that’s what has been tested and confirmed to work for the romance). Reply to it and wait for Judy to call you back after a few hours. A few days after the previous quest you will get a text message from Judy on your phone called “EV’s Send Off”.Finish this quest, your choices here don’t matter for the romance.It unlocks automatically over the course of the story (after Main Job “Double Life” wait 24 hours and Judy will call you).
